Ambassador of Thailand visited Delta Electronics (Slovakia)

On 4 April 2025, Ambassador Pattarat Hongtong visited Delta Electronics (Slovakia), established in Dubnica nad Váhom, Slovakia, by Delta Electronics (Thailand) in 2007. During her visit, she discussed with Mr. Kevin Yu, General Manager, on the current economic situation, as well as challenges, and opportunities for Thai businesses in Slovakia. The Ambassador also met with the Thai employees working for the company.

Delta Electronics (Slovakia) is a significant Thai investment in Slovakia, with two factories in Dubnica nad Váhom and a recent new facility in Liptovský Hrádok opened in 2022. The company is a production hub, specializing in power electronic products across six sectors: energy systems for medical devices, industrial electrical vehicles, IT power systems, electrical vehicles charger, power filtration systems (PCS), and electric vehicles. The company employs nearly 1,400 people, including four Thai nationals in key management positions.
