Royal Thai Embassy in Vienna Organized a Merit-Making Ceremony to Dedicate Merit to Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Kromluangrajasarinisiribajra Mahavajararajadhita on the Occasion of the 99th Birthday Anniversary of the Supreme Patriarch of Thailand

On 26 June 2026, the Royal Thai Embassy in Vienna organized a merit-making ceremony at Wat Yansangworn, Vienna, to dedicate merit to Her Royal Highness Princess Bajrakitiyabha Narendiradebyavati Kromluangrajasarinisiribajra Mahavajararajadhita on the occasion of the 99th Birthday Anniversary of His Holiness Somdet Phra Ariyavongsagatayana, the Supreme Patriarch of Thailand.

The ceremony was held in keeping with the guidance of His Holiness the Supreme Patriarch that activities related to the 99th Birthday Anniversary be devoted to commemorating Her Royal Highness’s gracious benevolence and dedicating merit to Her Royal Highness.

Mr. Cheevindh Nathalang, Chargé d’Affaires a.i. of the Royal Thai Embassy in Vienna, presided over the ceremony, with around 30 officials, staff members, and members of the Thai community in Austria in attendance. The participants listened to Buddhist chanting performed by Phra Khru Palat Nopphon Thitiwaro, Abbot of Wat Yansangworn, Vienna, and made offerings of meals and Sangha Dana.
